Halloween is here...yippee

Halloween 2008 has been a very different halloween for me for sure. Usually my house is completely decorated and ready for all the cute and creepy costumed kids, however this year because my house is for sale I did not decorate which has left me a little out of the spirit. I am trying my best throughout this morning to get it back but I think I will just put this one away in my back pocket, enjoy the night and get myself ready for next halloween.

The kids are extremely excited though which is a lot of fun. I was listening to them this morning at 6 a.m. and Trevor was explaining the holiday to Brendan. Listening to a 6 year old tell a 3 year old what to expect tonight is very heartwarming for sure.

So anyway a lot of the family is coming over to enjoy this holiday, I am cooking dinner (no idea what yet!) and then off to trick or treat, hoping the rain will stop.

I hope all of you have a very exciting and spooky halloween.
